First Saturday wrighting. But the thing I have most is time. There is no rush and no deadlines. I made it here with effort to say yes and the wisdom to say no. Removing barriers by saying no to things allowing me to say yes to me.

This time is time for reflection and putting my life in order. Through all the mistakes and missed meditation, time is one of those things that is ever elusive. Keeping buisy removes the ability to reflect, and so reflection needs to be scheduled. There are two main methods for this one is taking time for yourself, and the other is when you find someone who you can share your life with and diging into it with them.

Above is a piece of my view as I sit and reflect pondering if I have forgotten any other methods. Finding peace and understanding how I am feeling. Putting my mind in tune with the rest of myself. It is only I who can find myself.

Digging into each other’s stories is a skill of empathy and requires a sense of resilience between one another to be vulnerable. Often, this environment is created with a psychologist. But this is far better with a good friend or many different smaller interactions. I guess this is where the phrase ” your friends well” is one of the many places this has meaning.

The world is a strange place. If you sit in any one spot long enough, you will end up seeing patterns that you didn’t know were there before. Anything from dogs following similar paths to familiar faces as they run past or just the same people walking back and forth. But the risk is reading to far into why they do what they do as you will only find what you want to find alone.

If you take your day at a time. Step by step, you will keep making steps. if you so choose to do so. Open your mind to the world around you. Understand them through understanding yourself. Working together on making yourself the person you want to be.
