What defines a business and how it operates? What forms the ethics of a company? What creates and keeps the ethics of a company?

Can you define a culture just by defining who you are as a company? Do you want your employees to make the hard decisions. How does one decide what the culture is and write it down. There might only be one way to set this through doing this yourself, which prompts the question of how does one create and set the culture.

These are the things I begin to understand and have no answer to. I wish that these things I had answers to. So, I work towards this understanding, looking for where I can find these answers. Maybe that’s the problem and solution so we should tred lightly. As individuals being careful about creating good culture.
