If you’re in the service industry, it’s easy to identify bad customer service. However, to find good customer service is the absence of bad customer service until tested.

There is a store where I work where their is a significant lack of customer service as it seams that they don’t value their customers. This seems to be driven by a closed economy, for example, at a football ground where there are only a few options.

This contrasts with the authenticity of a person at a store I visited earlier. Although the customer service was not excellent, you could tell it was genuine and customer focused. Trying to provide a good service both for the employees and customers.

Apposed to creating a community of people with shared ideals and vibes. At two local stores driving the quality up and the cost down these apposing buisness are driven to bring customers in forcing the employees to value the customers

It seams it depends on what the business values to drive the quality of the business in customer service.
